INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 medium banana
- 1 cup kale or spinach
- 1/2 milk (skim or 1%)
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients into a mixer (magic bullet, blender or nutribullet) and blend until smooth.
