1 tbsp natural peanut butter
1/2 scoop vanilla or chocolate whey protein powder OR 1/4 cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp ground flax seed
4-6 ice cubes

DIRECTIONS
Toss all ingredients into a blender or bullet(magic or nutri) and blend together until smooth
