INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup peanut butter (natural)
- 1/3 cup of honey
- 1 1/2 cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup of ground flax seed
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- add a little bit of cinnamon or vanilla extract if desired
DIRECTIONS
- Mix wet ingredients together (I heat up a little in the microwave so they mix better-30 sec)
- Add all the other ingredients and mix really well
- Roll dough into 1.5 inch balls
- Place on cookie sheet with wax paper
- Let sit in fridge for 30 minutes
- They last up to 1 week in the fridge in a ziploc bag or place in freezer and take out as needed!
